We are unable to accept any of our products
returned by you.

We will replace damaged products upon
 proof of damage.

 Orders valued over $100 will be insured at
your request and expense.

Over night shipping available
on any products.

All chocolate covered fruits must be
shipped over night.

Chocolate products will be shipped
with ice packs once outside temperatures
exceed 70 degrees.
This will add weight to your shipment.
The shopping cart is programmed to
calculate for items ordered, but not shipping costs,
since the shipping weight changes
depending on the season.

We will notify you with the exact cost of
shipping, once the order is processed.
